Photoshoot Poses Workshop
One of our favourite things about doing pole & aerial is booking in a photoshoot to show off your progress and the things that you’ve learned!
There are 30 min slots from 10:30am through to 4:00pm. We recommend booking back to back slots with a friend so that you can share one hour, but this is not necessary. Our instructors will be on hand to help you get the very best out of your photoshoot!

Guest Workshops
11:30am - 12:45pm Master the Spin £45pp
Alicia will teach you a variety of tricks, transitions and flow on a spinning pole. You will learn mounting and dismounting techniques as well as how to control and maximise your spin.
Prerequisites: must be able to invert.
1:15pm - 2:30pm Explosive Hoop £45pp
Alicia will focus on hoop dynamics such as rolls, drops and grip changes! Alicia will take you through a variety of dynamic movements and sequences to help expand your hoop skills.
Prerequisites: must be able to confidently mount a hoop.
3:00pm - 4:00pm Let’s Twerk £35pp
Alicia will go through a variety of twerk techniques and help you to build a small twerk routine. This fun full body workout is open to all abilities.
Knee pads and comfy footwear recommended.
